Meet Our Team!

Director

Adam Freeman is the Director & Executive Producer of Steakhouse.  He works as a music producer in Los Angeles and has lots of experience in directing music videos.  Known for a get-r-done attitude and a knife-like jawline, he is ready, willing & able to propel this project to greatness.

Sound

Cian Fairfax

Cian is in charge of sound for the project, both production and post-production. Cian was born and raised in Los Angeles. Unenthused while studying business at Moorpark College, he decided to follow a high school friend over to CSUN after helping out on one of his CTVA projects. With a background in music production, Cian has found his true passion to be with post-production sound for film/television.

Deanna Felker

Deanna Felker is one of two Producers on our project. She has grown up in LA, and has always been interested in working in the entertainment industry. While attending Cal State University Northridge, Deanna has had the pleasure of working for the Producer of "American Sniper", and was also an on-air personality for 65 stations across the USA for Westwood One Radio Network. Through these experiences she found her interest within Producing. After Deanna graduates in the Spring she hopes to either become a TV Producer or a Show Runner.  

Producers

Aine Murphy

Aine is the Line Producer for Steak House, and has been producing projects during her time at CSUN. After graduating she plans to take what she has learned from university and go on to help produce hit shows. Currently, she is interning as a Producer's Assitant and hopes in her future career to continue to be involved in the creative development of TV shows. 

Directors of Photography

Louie Marroquin

Louie Marroquin is one of two directors of photography on our project. Louie graduated from Los Osos High School in 2011 and transferred to CSUN in August of 2014 from Mount San Antonio College. He has worked on a number of projects as a set designer, and is really interested in lighting and cameras. After graduating, Louie plans to work in a rental house to further his knowledge of camera and lighting equipment, before heading into the industry. 

Ben Hecht

Ben Hecht is the writer and one of the two directors of photography for Steak House.  Ben was born and raised in the Los Angeles area and has been around the entertainment industry his whole life.  Starting his professional career in photography, Ben decided to pursue an education focused more on the film and video side of photography.  

Matthew Covelli

After graduating high school, he had originally majored in computer engineering, but he changed majors to CTVA after he transferred to CSUN from Pierce College. His favorite aspect of TV Production is working with cameras and is currently interning at a camera rental house where he gets to learn about all of the industry-standard equipment. After he graduates in May, Matthew plans to work in the camera rental business while trying to get PA jobs on music videos. His dream job is to be a camera operator and eventually a DP for concerts and festivals around the world.

Art Directors

Yana Bojkova

Yana was born and raised in Bulgaria. She came to the US five years ago to study cinema and TV  arts. She has always been in love with the movie magic, and has worked on multiple projects as a producer and set designer. She is an artistic and creative person.

Editors

Mike Bostedt

Mike Bostedt is one of two editors on our project. He graduated from Granite Bay High School in 2009 then moved to Southern California to go to school and chase his dream of becoming a full-time editor. He currently works for the school, directing some of their live sports coverage as well and producing some online content. After graduation he wants to continue working within sports broadcasting.

Sarika Punde

Sarika is the other editor on this project. She has had the opportunity of interning at a few major companies, including Reach Out WorldWide and Lionsgate. She's currently a freelance video editor for Complex Magazine. Having had the opportunity to start editing at a young age, she continues to perfect her craft in the hopes of becoming an editor at a major trailer house once she graduates.
